The ACLU filed a complaint against Robert Mueller, director of FBI and Ten Unknown Agents of the FBI on behalf of the Puerto Rican Press for civil rights violations connected to the February 10, 2006 assault on the press while the press attempted to gather information on an unfolding news story involving the raid on the home of a known "independentista" and union leader.
